You can update your device via OTA (Over-the-Air) by connecting to Wi-Fi and checking for updates in the system settings, or by downloading the firmware from our official website and installing it via an SD card.
What is your return policy for high-fidelity audio gear?
We offer a 7-day return policy for items in original, unopened condition. If the product has been opened, a restocking fee may apply. Please contact support to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
